“Condo Curators” (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a marketing brand for new condominium and townhome developments across the Greater Toronto Area. We introduce buyers to projects and are compensated by the developer.
When you submit a form on this website, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, the project(s) you're interested in, your timeline, and intended use. We may also automatically collect limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and marketing identifiers like UTM parameters or click IDs) to understand how our site is found and used.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide requested updates, in accordance with this policy and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell your data.
In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send commercial electronic messages only with your consent. By checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly agree that Condo Curators may contact you by email, phone, or text about new developments, pricing, and related information.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to text messages or email us at hello@condocurators.ca. We honour unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We retain records of consent (including date, time, and the consent wording) as required by law.
We share your information only with the licensed real estate professional(s) who service your request and with trusted service providers (such as our CRM and email tools) that help us operate, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal and regulatory requirements, then dispose of it securely. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
